Once you select the shipping method, you either send us your iPhone or if you purchased send a box, we will mail you a shipping box with a return shipping label. You then mail us your iPhone. Once received, we will troubleshoot and diagnose your iPhone problem. We will then contact you to let you know what parts you need to get your iPhone up and running. If you approve the quote, we will repair your iPhone. If you do not want us to proceed with the repair, we then will mail your iPhone back to you. That's it. A penny plus shipping is all you pay for this service.
